Cascina Toetto has been beautifully renovated with great care, a personal touch and exceptional attention to detail. The interiors combine contemporary design with authentic features, such as the original exposed wooden beams, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The heart of the house is the spacious, semi-professional kitchen and dining area, with direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool area. A large wooden dining table invites everyone to gather for long, leisurely meals, while the various sitting areas throughout the house provide plenty of space to relax or enjoy a quiet moment

Cascina Toetto offers 7 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, all featuring king-size beds with individual duvets, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The first floor features three double bedrooms, including two with private terraces and en-suite bathrooms, one of which has both a bathtub and shower. The third bedroom has a separate private bathroom. A spacious sitting room completes this floor.

On the second floor, two charming double bedrooms each have a private shower and washbasin and share a separate toilet on the first floor.

The seventh bedroom is located in a separate guest annex, with its own entrance and en-suite bathroom, offering additional privacy.

This well-designed layout makes Cascina Toetto ideal for families and groups of friends travelling together.

OUTDOOR

A generously sized infinity pool measuring 12 x 5 meters, with depths ranging from 1.40 to 2.20 meters, graces the outdoor space.

Beautiful overhanging terrace with garden furniture and a dining table. Or escape from the sun in the lovely covered patio with comfy cushions to enjoy some extra shade. There is also an outdoor shower available.

Cascina Toetto has an enclosed parking lot where 3-4 cars can be parked.
