INTERIOR

On the ground floor you find a spacious and well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine etc) with direct access to the garden. Spacious dining room with dining table for 10 people. Very luminous living room with TV and sitting area. The dining room is divided in different areas so everyone can find a tranquil spot. The mix of classic and modern designer furniture creates a homely and personal feel.  On this floor you find also a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room.

On the first floor, accessible via a wooden stair, there are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. One of the bathrooms is ensuite.

On the second floor there is a large bedroom with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower.

All the bedrooms have airconditioning.

OUTDOOR

Very nice shaded terrace at the back side of the house with garden furniture and a barbecue. The fantastic pool ( 10m x 5m – depth 1m40) with loungers is located on a sunny position in the garden.

From the pool area you have a fantastic view on the old borgo of Canelli with the Gancia Castle.
