INTERIOR

The entrance is in the center of the house. On the left you will find a modern and fully-equipped kitchen. Large windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the open space and dining area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Next to it, you will find a living space with a cozy fireplace, TV and a comfortable couch.

On the ground floor you will also find a very comfortable bedroom with a spacious en-suite bathroom.

Additionally, there are four contemporary and roomy bedrooms upstairs, also each equipped with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds. There is airconditioning in all the 5 bedrooms.

OUTDOOR

The view from the house is splendid. On a clear day you can see the Alps in the background. The expansive outdoor space unfolds as a haven for shared moments and relaxation. A generously sized portico furnished with comfortable seating and shaded by a roof becomes the perfect spot for family gathering and al fresco dining. A beautiful pool (5 x 12 – depth 1m40) with sunbeds allows you to relax and chill on a sunny day. An outdoor shower is available too.
