Common questions

Please send us the booking form that appears with the holiday home. We will then confirm within 24 hours whether the booking can go ahead. We will then draw up a rental agreement.

We can usually grant you an option of 2-3 days to see if you want to book the house. This option is non-binding. Send us an email at info@vivapiedmont.com or use the contact form

You will receive the address of the holiday home in the rental agreement. Due to privacy laws, we are not allowed to give out address details before booking.

You pay a 50% deposit of the rental amount within the week to confirm the booking. The balance is paid 6 weeks before departure.

Payment of the deposit and balance is made by bank transfer. We will provide you with the details in the rental agreement.

It is possible to pay by credit card. However, the provider will charge us a service fee of 2.5% for this. The amounts to be paid are therefore increased by this fee.

  • Until 6 weeks before arrival: the deposit already paid is not paid 
  • From 6 weeks before arrival: you are charged the total amount of the rental


In case of early departure or no show you are not entitled to any reimbursement. 

A cancellation or change of timetable of your flight or public transport is not a valid reason to cancel the holiday home.

In high season, the minimum stay is 7 days (Saturday to Saturday). Outside that, there is a minimum stay of 5 days.

Pets are allowed in most of the villas, but their presence needs to be agreed upfront by us.

As we are well introduced in the territory, we can organize a lot of additional services ( e.g. chef@home, e-bike rental, visit of wineries etc. ) for you. We will inform you about the possibilities after the booking confirmation. As these services need to be organized upfront we ask you for a timely request.

The arrival at the house is between 16:00 and 19:00
After 20:00 a fee of 50 Euro is required and after 22:00 the fee is 100 Euro. Any late arrival after 19:00 is to be agreed in advance and has to be checked with us.
